By using Happenings you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose. Happenings is a personal project for remembering events, shared with a small group of people.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction.
Your content
The events, links, and images you capture stay yours. By saving them you're telling us it's okay to store and display them on your own wall and to anyone you explicitly share a link with. Only capture things you have the right to — respect the source sites' own terms and the copyright on posters and images. Don't use Happenings to store unlawful content.
Acceptable use
Use Happenings the way it's meant to be used: capturing events you care about. Don't try to break it, abuse it, scrape it, or hammer the capture endpoint with automated traffic. Capture is rate-limited per account, and we may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or run up disproportionate cost.
Not a ticketing service
Happenings links to events on other sites; it doesn't sell tickets or run the events. Details are extracted automatically and can be wrong — always confirm the date, price, and venue on the source before you make plans or buy anything.
As-is, and changes
Happenings is provided as-is, without warranties, and it's a personal project that may change, break, or be discontinued. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
